Another map for Jen Pinkston’s “24 Hours In…” series! This time it’s Dallas. See the full post on The Effortless Chic.
Two more illustrated packing lists for a poolside summer getaway to the Liaison Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. are now on Joyride!
I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Outpost Supply Co. to create some fun new banners for their website. Outpost Supply Co. is a unisex apparel shop that believes in empowering LGBTQ youth to be who they were born to be, and 50% of all their sales go to non-profit organizations that support the LGBTQ community.
Poke around the site (link above) to see some of the illustrated banners I created and do some shopping for a good cause!
Chelsea of Lovely Indeed asked me to create this festive llama printable for Cinco de Mayo. She took the liberty of naming the llama Trudy, which I am totally on board with.

Happy new year!
Here’s what been happening in my world lately:
- Artist in Residence pieces for Joie de Vivre Hotels! I created a retro-inspired print for Hotel Del Sol, and painted some cherry blossoms for Hotel Kabuki. See the full posts and interviews with me on Joyride.
3.) I’m working a LOT of new pieces for the shop including more temp tattoos (pizza and sushi!), maps, and other goodies. I posted a couple peeks on Instagram, but in case you missed them:
That should bring you up to speed! I’ll leave you with this quick fashion illustration I did last week.
Happy Monday and happy 2016!
I am really excited about this month’s Artist in Residence piece because I was able to check off an item on my design bucket list:
These fun flash tattoos were inspired by The Saguaro in Palm Springs! The Saguaro’s vibrant color scheme, borrowed from the natural colors of desert flora, makes it impossible to miss when you’re cruising through town. So, to properly honor the hotel’s most recognizable feature, I illustrated those native plants and flowers, and turned them into wearable art! Instructions: to be worn while sipping poolside cocktails, bopping along to your favorite DJs, or just adventuring around Palm Springs.
I’ve got a limited number of the designs seen here available for purchase in my shop. Keep an eye out for more flash tattoos in the future though, because these are way too much fun to stop here!

I made something awesome this week. I might be biased though, because it’s all about me. 😀
I created an illustrated biography of my adventures thus far – I thought it would be good to have on hand for interviews and other job obtaining activities. If my resume is the professional version of myself, this is definitely the personal version. Filled with fun facts to help you get to know me a little better!

So what do you think? Would you hire me?
